ASPIRE IIT Bombay Research Park Foundation, in collaboration with the French Consulate in India (Mumbai), hosted the Indo-French Club R&D Event 2025 — Exploring AI & Data Opportunities — at the IIT Bombay campus. The one-day programme brought together leaders from academia, industry, startups, and policy ecosystems from India and France to strengthen bilateral collaboration in artificial intelligence and data-driven innovation.
The event opened with two high-level roundtables focused on strategic AI opportunities across aerospace, healthcare, sustainability, energy transition, and the creative industries, followed by discussions on advancing Indo-French academia–industry cooperation. These sessions set the tone for meaningful dialogue on translating research into scalable, real-world impact.
Post-lunch, the startup pitch session showcased Indo-French innovation in AI and ML, with ventures spanning climate tech, industrial automation, agritech, healthcare, mobility, and creative technologies. The day concluded with themed working groups on AI in manufacturing, healthcare, clean energy, and ethics — generating actionable insights and pathways for future collaboration.
