Suzlon Day

On 27th March 2017, a half-day event was organised bringing together the faculty at IIT Bombay and the R&D team of Suzlon, which later went on to become a member client of IIT Bombay Research Park. Suzlon Group is among the world’s leading renewable energy solutions providers that is revolutionising and redefining the way sustainable energy sources are harnessed across the world. The Suzlon team met the faculty at the MEMS & Aerospace department to discuss possible collaboration areas, especially on improving wind energy. The event was a success and paved the way for the strong industry-academia collaboration for the years to come.
